mac expands its sustainability strategy
The specialist for live communication, mac. brand spaces GmbH, is further expanding its consulting services. As part of its sustainability strategy, customers can now book workshops on the topic of “re:think brand worlds!”. “With these workshops, we are actively driving change and supporting our customers in designing their marketing programs responsibly from an ESG perspective,” explains mac CEO Stefan Trieb. “Together, we analyze the fields of action of a project and identify potential for sustainable alternatives in an agile process.”
The introduction of the re:think! workshops underlines mac. brand spaces’ commitment to a holistic approach to the customer journey in live communication. “We want to start at the consulting stage,” says Sandra Henze, Head of mac. sustainable brand spaces. The workshop formats are divided into four modules: warm up, ready, set, go! A wide range of topics are covered across all modules, starting with basic knowledge, the influence of materiality and design concepts as well as logistics and stand operation on the carbon footprint of an event. The joint development of new event concepts can also be part of the consulting scope.
“Together with the decision-makers and creatives involved on the customer side, we are shedding light on the entire spectrum of different live marketing formats,” explains Henze. “Together, we want to rethink and set standards for a sustainable and customer-oriented brand experience. We will discuss and evaluate possible courses of action and think in terms of solutions. We look beyond the stand design and think circularly.
