mac introduces company health insurance
On January 1, 2025, mac. brand spaces will introduce a new company health insurance scheme that will benefit all employees subject to social security contributions, trainees and temporary employees – regardless of whether they have statutory or private insurance. “The health and satisfaction of our employees is our top priority. With this new model, we want to make a tangible contribution to their health and well-being,” explains Stefan Trieb, CEO of mac. With this initiative, the live communication specialist is sending out a strong signal for preventive healthcare and appreciation of its employees.
The new model includes a wide range of benefits that are specifically tailored to the needs of employees and their families. These include a tele-doctor, i.e. digital consultation hours – at any time and from anywhere and without waiting times, support in selecting and finding specialists or specialist clinics and various additional benefits such as reimbursements for dentures, visual aids and outpatient and inpatient treatment – including abroad. In addition, digital billing via an app makes it easier to access benefits. Personal consultations at the Langenlonsheim site round off the offer.
“With this model, we are strengthening the healthcare of our employees and sending a further signal of our responsibility as an employer,” explains Trieb. “The health of our team is our top priority. With innovative and family-friendly solutions such as tele-doctor consultations and TOP doctor referrals, we are making healthcare easier, faster and safer.”
Company health insurance is available to all employees at mac – without a health check and without benefit exclusions for pre-existing conditions. “This makes our offer particularly inclusive and attractive,” says Trieb. “We want our employees to feel completely covered – both professionally and privately.”
Employees can not only improve their own healthcare, but also insure their family members at preferential conditions. Billing is simple and digital via an app. “We rely on modern and uncomplicated solutions that make everyday life easier for our teams,” adds Trieb.
