mac. brand spaces, specialist for live communication, implemented an extraordinary stand concept for Dematic at the recently concluded LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart. The almost 300 m² double-decker stand with an innovative skywalk staging and a spectacular 3D LED wall took the Dematic brand to a new level of trade fair presentation. “With this project, we have once again demonstrated our expertise in realizing visionary trade fair concepts, bringing the brands to life and inspiring visitors in the long term,” says Stefan Trieb, CEO of mac. LogiMAT took place from March 11 to 13.

Dematic, the world’s leading provider of automated warehouse and logistics solutions, was looking for a trade fair construction partner for LogiMAT 2025 as part of a tender. “We have impressively placed the Dematic brand at the center of attention and created a perfect combination of functionality, design and experience value,” explains Markus Lenarz, Head of Account Management at mac. brand spaces. mac was not only awarded the contract for the project, The implementation of the stand concept at other trade fairs is currently being planned. Blanka Lejsalová, Event Manager EMEA at Dematic, adds: “The concept immediately impressed us visually. There was also the aspect of sustainability, which played a very important role for us when selecting the supplier.”

The centerpiece of the Dematic stand was the Skywalk, which took visitors on a three-dimensional discovery tour through the world of automated warehouse logistics. Here they experienced the central exhibit – a state-of-the-art high-bay warehouse with an autonomous robot – from different perspectives. “Our aim was not just to present a product, but to create a real brand experience,” says Nicole Gawlitza, the responsible project manager at mac. “Visitors were able to experience the system up close – from below, from the side and even from above.”

Dematic opted for a striking corporate design with dark colors and strong contrasts. A 3D LED wall created an impressive visual impact. The use of interactive touchscreens and digital information stations turned the stand into a dynamic platform for interaction with visitors.

In addition to the innovative design, Dematic attached great importance to sustainable materials and resource-saving processes. mac. brand spaces relied on reusable system materials, including modular steel structures for the double-decker area and rental furniture for various common areas. In addition, the entire trade fair appearance was balanced in order to transparently record and offset the CO₂ footprint.
